Note –

The summer months (July and August) prices are inclusive of the apartment (so additional 2 bedrooms)

In the none summer months the prices exclude the apartment (which costs an additional £495 per week) so providing you with the 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom villa

The only additional are

£130 per week to heat the pool and Jacuzzi – your decision

£695 fully refundable security deposit

There are no hidden costs. Rental charges includes; cleaning costs, pool / beach towels, meet and greet at the villa from Darren (our excellent villa manager) who will meet you, hand you your keys and show you around – its huge to good to know where everything is . He’s also lived in Javea for over 20 years so can recommend places based on your preferences.
