Just returned from a weeks cycling in Javea staying in this property. Cycling was fantastic and this house was simply perfect in location, facilities and size. 12 off us stayed here (with our bikes) and there would have been room for another 4, or more.
We paid to have the pool and jacuzzi heated which was well worth the money. Darren the property manager was also amazing. A truly hidden gem of a find. We are booking to come back next year already.
This is one of the best villas we have ever visited. The location and views are spectacular and the villa itself is beautifully maintained. The kitchen was well equipped, the bathrooms were pristine and the bedrooms were a good size and well decorated.
This was a home from home experience that we did not want to leave. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and there was space and things for everyone to do (including the grandchildren). We especially enjoyed our time by the stunningly landscaped pool and our big family bbqs in the evening . A real find, we’ll go back next year!!!
We have just come back from this villa which is in the most beautiful location. Set at the foot of the Montgo mountain just under the “elephants eye” cave with amazing views over the valley.
We were a party of 14 with ages ranging from 2 to 70 including 5 teenagers and it catered for everyone. The teenagers took over the studio which gave them their own space to hang out in.
The pool area was fantastic with plenty of space for everyone to relax. The jacuzzi was an added bonus with a stunning view to enjoy. For info, pool towels are supplied which is a bonus!!
The bedrooms were all spacious, each with their own ensuite, bar one which had the family bathroom next to it.
The kitchen had everything you needed. Plenty non breakable glasses for taking to the pool!!
The outside seating area was so lovely, and we spent every evening round the large table which is right next to the BBQ for al fresco dining. I can recommend the chorizo sausages available in the local supermarkets BBQ meat section!!
Within walking distance is a fantastic steak restaurant El Goucho, a visit is a must.
Old town of Javea is 10 minutes drive and Arenal area is about 20 minutes.
A note of caution if parking in the upper parking area at the villa, you need to watch your angle entering the parking bay as it is slightly raised and we grounded out the car. However there is plenty of space to park on the street outside the studio so not anything to worry about.
Darren the contact in Javea is an absolute star and could not be more helpful. I cannot recommend this villa highly enough.
Organising a trip for 10 fussy golfers can be very challenging, so we chose this property following a recent recommendation from a fellow club member. This is a wonderful traditional villa. The facilities, location and views are great. The property is located in a nice quiet area making this a wonderful place to holiday and relax.
Darren, the villa manager, made us feel right at home and he was also great for recommending good local restaurants and places to see during our stay.
I have stayed in several villas before and I rank this as one of the best – mainly because of the great views and expanse of outside space for al fresco dining. Perfect.
